Terms of Service
By using this website or booking services with Crispy Clean Wichita, you agree to the following terms.
Our role
Crispy Clean Wichita refers customers to independent, highly vetted house cleaners in the area. Crispy Clean Wichita is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home and the service requested. If the size or condition of the home differs significantly from what was described, the final price may be adjusted, and we will let you know before work begins.
Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Recurring service has no long-term contract and can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Access to your home
You agree to provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the home, a lockout fee may apply.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to address the areas in question at no extra cost. Re-cleans are limited to the original scope of service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Promotional offers, such as first-clean discounts, apply to new clients only and cannot be combined.
Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that are fragile, unsecured or of extraordinary value. Please let us know about anything that needs special care before the visit.
